Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Florida mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages dropped 1 basis points from 4.26% to 4.25% on Tuesday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.25% (FL) to the highest rate of 4.53% (VI). Currently, Florida mortgage rates are 8 basis points lower than the national average of 4.33%.

The Florida mortgage rate on September 7, 2010, is down 1 basis points from last week's average Florida rate of 4.26%.
